This collaborative effort includes support from on-site partners and volunteers, particularly in the free Computer Lab, ensuring a supportive environment. Additionally, the Success Training Employment Program (STEP) focuses on emotional intelligence, empowerment, and essential workplace skills, complemented by job coaching to foster long-term success.
