Community Connections is about working with one person and their family at a time to discover a person's gifts and passions and the ways they can develop relationships and make meaningful contributions in the community.

The Clearwater COG community connections initiatives have been deeply involved in helping to facilitate this shift from an exclusive service based system to one that is more focused on building relationships and connections in the community. The COG has facilitated several trainings and events for county board staff, providers, individuals and families, and community members. This includes quarterly community connections meetings and an Annual Community Connections Conference.
