Housing Compliance
Idaho Housing and Finance Association’s Housing Compliance department performs monitoring for Tax Credit, HOME, and Project Based Section 8 multifamily properties. The Housing Compliance staff conducts regulatory driven reviews of tenant files and physical inspections as well as provides technical assistance to the owners and agents that operate these types of multifamily properties.
